A Studio's  Journey

The studio building has been through several incarnations. It was originally a stand-alone garage for the house. The homeowner before us was an architect, and he converted the garage into an architecture studio. This bare-bones studio was a good leaping-off point for what would eventually become Hero's Repose.

My husband and I did most of the remodel work ourselves. It was a real labor of love and I am very pleased with the results; the studio turned into exactly the safe, warm, comfortable haven that I want for my clients.
